Installation and Commissioning

Many of our customers install our devices or systems themselves.

If you still need our assistance, we are happy to support your team with the installation of your system. This includes commissioning and training by our service technicians.

Support and Maintenance

Ensuring your systems run smoothly is our priority. We offer first-level support and the option to remotely monitor your temperature measurement system via TeamViewer.

In addition, our service technicians are available to provide on-site support or ensure the proper functioning of your system through regular maintenance.

Specific Certifications

Regular inspections by qualified personnel are required in the ATEX and food sectors.

We offer the following services:

• Metal detector validation of all types
• Magnet validation (Gauss measurement)
• IFS calibration / temperature plausibility measurements
• Scale calibration or initial registration according to Module F
• Radio signal suppression safety testing
